The Equine Medical Center is an equine only veterinary clinic offering a haul-in facility as well as a full service ambulatory unit and embryo transfer services.   

Our close proximity to I-64 affords convenient access to our clients from Kentucky, Ohio and West Virginia.  This also makes travel from the surrounding states of Indiana, Pennsylvania, and Virginia a short 3-4 hour trailer ride. 

We are committed to providing our patients with the highest quality medicine possible while maintaining outstanding service to our clients.  We treat the backyard companion with the same level of care as the top equine athlete. 

Our ambulatory service provides complete wellness services including examinations, vaccinations, fecal exams and deworming.  Our truck is also equipped to handle most emergency situations and is kept well stocked with medications to treat all common aliments of your horse.  We also offer advanced diagnostics such as radiography and ultrasound both on your farm and at our clinic.

We offer complete equine reproductive services including artificial insemination, stallion collection and embryo transfer.   

Our primary haul in facility is located in Chesapeake, Ohio.  Our on farm service covers a wide area of the tri-state.
